Principle and characteristics
The machine is composed of a feeding hopper, a grading wheel, a crushing blade, a gear ring, a crushing motor, a discharge port, a fan blade, an aggregate box, a vacuum box, and other parts. The materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and are crushed through high-speed rotating blades. The distance between the grading wheel and the grading disc is adjusted to achieve the required material fineness. The high-speed rotating blades guide the materials that meet the requirements from the crushing chamber to the cloth bags in the aggregate box. Materials that do not meet the requirements continue to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The dust generated by the cloth bags in the aggregate box is collected by the vacuum box.
